CC Break Monitor is a browser extension that tracks agent status changes on the Amazon Web Services Command Center support platform. This policy explains what data the extension collects, how it is stored, and how it is used.

Summary: All data is stored locally in your browser by default. No data is collected, transmitted, or shared unless you explicitly enable the optional cross-device sync feature.
